Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles

Conduct HR interviews and coordinate further rounds

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

Maintain recruitment data and reports

✅ Skills Required

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of IT roles (for freshers)

Experience in IT recruitment Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (Java, Python, .NET, Web Technologies, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)

Knowledge of job portals & sourcing techniques

Ability to handle multiple requirements

💰 Salary & Benefits
