Handle end-to-end recruitment for Blue Collar and White Collar positions.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and concerned departments.
Complete all joining and appointment formalities, including documentation and verification.
Maintain proper records of candidates, interviews, joining status, and employee information.
Maintain the status and database of already hired candidates/employees.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
Coordinate with the operations and management team regarding manpower requirements.
Prepare and post job advertisements on different recruitment platforms.
Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Build a strong candidate database for current and future hiring requirements.
Handle basic employee coordination and HR-related administrative work.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly hired employees.
