About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to support our HR team in the recruitment and hiring process. The intern will gain practical experience in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidates.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining dates.

• Maintain and update the Daily Interview/Recruitment Tracker.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

• Post job openings on relevant platforms.

• Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.

• Support the HR team in other recruitment-related activities.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• Good convincing and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to handle multiple candidates and tasks.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good time management and coordination skills.
