Job Brief – GIG Hiring Recruiter | CMS Info Systems

Role: GIG Hiring Recruiter
Location: As per business requirement

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and onboard GIG candidates for assigned locations
• Manage end-to-end hiring from sourcing to joining
• Use portals, referrals, vendors, calling and local sourcing channels
• Drive daily hiring targets and maintain recruitment funnel
• Coordinate with candidates and Operations for timely deployment
• Track follow-ups, onboarding and joining status

Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in high-volume / blue-collar / GIG hiring preferred
• Strong calling, sourcing and follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of local candidate market
• Target-oriented and comfortable with daily hiring goals
• Basic Excel and recruitment portal knowledge

Preferred: Immediate joiners with experience in GIG, delivery, logistics, field-force or blue-collar hiring.
