Position: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Understand client requirements and coordinate hiring
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
• Follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment reports and trackers
• Support onboarding activities
Desired Skills:
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Self-disciplined and willing to learn
• Basic understanding of recruitment process
