Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the complete hiring pipeline—from understanding business requirements and job specifications to candidate onboarding.
Multi-Channel Sourcing: Source potential candidates using premium portals (Naukri, Shine, Glassdoor), social media (LinkedIn), local databases, employee referrals, and direct calling networks.
High-Volume & Bulk Sourcing: Execute aggressive hiring strategies for frontline workforce, field staff, cash van crews, and operational hub personnel to meet weekly and monthly headcount targets.
Screening & Assessment: Conduct preliminary telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates based on qualifications, technical/functional fit, CTC expectations, and notice periods.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Partner closely with regional hiring managers, operations teams, and external vendor agencies to streamline the scheduling and selection process.
Onboarding & Compliance: Handhold selected candidates through pre-joining formalities, including document collection, Background Verification (BGV) processing,
