• Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Patna team and take ownership of end-to-end technology hiring for our clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on multiple IT requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networks, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and driving candidates through the hiring process.

-Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

• Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals.

• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, compensation, notice period, and role fit.

• Conduct initial recruiter screening calls and maintain candidate pipelines.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and interview panels.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and status updates in internal systems.

• Work on multiple positions simultaneously and meet defined hiring targets.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate network across technology roles.

-What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.

• Strong understanding of technology roles such as Software Developer, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, Support, etc.

• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.

• Good candidate assessment and communication skills.

• Ability to understand technical requirements and identify relevant profiles.

• Strong follow-up, ownership, and coordination skills.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.

• Good spoken and written English.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
