Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from managers and create job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and track hiring status
Negotiate salary and close positions within timelines
Ensure a smooth on boarding experience for new hires
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic understanding of HR practices
