Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT trainers, academic staff, counsellors, sales, and operations roles in our IT training institute.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates from job portals, social media & references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule interviews with department heads
• Follow up with candidates and close open positions
• Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
• Support joining formalities and onboarding process
Skills Required:
• Experience in recruitment / HR hiring
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Job Hai etc.)
• Basic HR documentation knowledge
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Education: Graduate (Any Stream)
