Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Deccan, Pune
Experience: 1–3 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases, and other channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and assess suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS.
Coordinate offer discussions, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
Ensure regular follow-up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain proper documentation and records of candidates.
Handle multiple vacancies and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Achieve recruitment targets within the required timelines.
Perform other HR/recruitment-related duties assigned by management.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and deadlines.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with prior recruitment/HR experience and good communication skills.
