Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Pune,Deccan

Qualification:

• MBA/PGDM in HR completed,BBA

• Graduate candidates with interest in HR can also apply

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and sourcing activities

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews

• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview process

• Maintain candidate database and HR records

• Support onboarding and joining formalities

• Handle job postings on portals and social media

• Follow up with candidates and clients

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

• Freshers can apply
