Primary Responsibilities

• Understanding the latent needs of the given Manpower requirement. (sourcing &screening)

• Coordinating with client & candidates for interviews and selection

• Coordinating with the client for the smooth functioning of the recruitment process

• Maintain profile database for easy retrieval of data for the client

• Maintaining and updating all MIS formats on time

• Establish client relationship and rapport for meeting the project objectives

• Participating in HR Forums to Build Network & Connect with Potential Clients

• Maintaining Client Relationship (Periodical Visits, Taking Feedback, Keeping in Touch)

• Anchoring Brand Building / Product Campaigning Activities with marketing team’s help

• Timely Management of Invoices and Collection

• Timely Submission of MIS Reports to the Reporting Manager

• Adhering to the CT Hiring and MyPDCA Portal without any Deviation (internal portal)

• Doing Market Mapping and Identifying Business Opportunities

Secondary Responsibilities

• Enhancing the LinkedIn Connections

• Participating in the Special Initiatives of CareerTree

• Many others as the business demands from time to time.
