Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in both lateral and volume hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle — from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and closing suitable candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across various domains and levels.

• Manage both lateral and bulk/volume hiring efficiently within agreed timelines.

• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring criteria thoroughly.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and networking.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and post-placement follow-ups.

• Work closely with the internal team to meet hiring targets and SLAs.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (both lateral and bulk hiring).

• Prior experience in a consultancy or staffing firm preferred.
