Job Title: HR Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Zepto/Blinkit/Amazon hiring requirements

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

Manage bulk hiring for pickers, packers, and dark store staff

Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining dates

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets

Preferred Skills

Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or quick commerce hiring

Ability to handle high-volume recruitment

Salary : 15k to18k Inhand

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Experience : 0 to 6 Months
