Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for non-technical roles, preferably in logistics, sales, finance, or operations domains.

Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.).

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates during the entire recruitment process.

- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and timelines.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing and hiring techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
