We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic female professional to join our team as an HR Recruitment & Sourcing Executive. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and build a strong foundation in the HR domain.

Job Details

Role: End-to-End Recruitment
Experience: 01 Years
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Working Hour - 10 AM to 7 PM
Industry Exposure: Power, Chemical, Solar, Manufacturing, Pharma & more

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage offers
Conduct structured candidate assessments

2. Sourcing & Talent Strategy

Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs

3. Market Research & Talent Mapping

Stay updated with industry trends and hiring insights
Build talent pipelines and market intelligence

4. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily trackers and ensure timely submission of profiles
Follow up consistently to ensure smooth hiring processes
