Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles such as Helper, Operator, Technician, Loader, Packer, Driver, Machine Operator, etc.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including candidate sourcing, interviews, and joining coordination.

• Build and manage strong databases of blue-collar manpower from multiple sourcing channels.

• Conduct daily calling, interviewing, and explaining job details, salary structure, and shift timings.

• Coordinate with HR, plant teams, and client hiring managers for interview scheduling and deployment.

• Maintain MIS reports, daily tracking sheets, and candidate pipelines.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly manpower targets for clients.

• Visit local markets, institutes, skill centers, or labour hubs when required for bulk mobilization.

• Manage candidate onboarding, document collection, and joining formalities.

• Ensure timelines and quality standards for all recruitment deliverables.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring.

• Strong knowledge of field sourcing, job portals, referrals, and local manpower networks.

• Good communication skills and ability to convince candidates.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet high-volume hiring targets.

• Willingness to travel for mobilization drives when needed.
