Key Responsibilities
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
· Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
· Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
· Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
