Job Description

LRT Workforce Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with job seekers, sharing job opportunities, handling candidate queries, and ensuring regular follow-ups to achieve hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates.

• Inform candidates about available job openings.

• Handle inbound candidate inquiries professionally.

• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up data.

• Generate candidate leads and support recruitment activities.

• Coordinate with candidates until the joining process is completed.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresher and Experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English.

• Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Performance Targets

• Achieve daily calling targets.

• Generate quality candidate leads.

• Complete regular follow-ups.

• Minimum 15 candidate joinings per month.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000/- per month

• Attractive Performance-Based Incentives:

  • 5 Joinings – ₹2,000 Bonus

  • 10 Joinings – ₹3,000 Bonus

  • 20 Joinings – ₹4,000 Bonus

  • 25 Joinings – ₹5,000 Bonus

  • 30 Joinings – ₹6,000 Bonus
