We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to screen candidates, and experience using job portals and social media for hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews via phone or video calls.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in onboarding new employees.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
