Role Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter/ TA specialist with strong exposure to the real estate industry. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for positions such as Sales, Property Management and corporate staff. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Manage the complete recruitment cycle—from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to offer negotiation.
Source candidates for roles such as Sales Executive, Property Consultant, Sales Manager, CRM, Vp sales, and Back-Office roles.
Build a strong talent pipeline of the candidate for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Coordinate interviews and conduct preliminary HR screening.
Maintain and update candidate records in the HR system.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
