HR Operations

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to join our growing team.

ThisKey Responsibilities: •

Recruitment & Onboarding: o Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for frontline and backend roles.

o Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.

o Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees and maintain onboarding documentation.

• Employee Engagement:

o Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and recognition programs.

o Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

• Attendance & Payroll Coordination:

o Track and validate attendance data across zones.

o Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely salary processing and resolve discrepancies.

• HR Operations:

o Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.

o Prepare reports on HR metrics such as attrition, hiring status, and engagement scores.

o Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and procedures.

• Compliance & Documentation:

o Maintain statutory compliance records (ESI, PF, labor laws).

o Assist with audits and HR documentation.
