Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with payroll preparation and data accuracy checks
Manage benefits administration and employee inquiries
Coordinate HR compliance documentation and audits
Generate HR reports and dashboards as needed
Help implement HR policies, processes, and continuous improvements
Provide frontline support for employees and managers
