We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our team at Eternal Hr Services Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, IJP and exit formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, and experience letters.
• Coordinate induction and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Monitor attendance and leave management systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support audits and maintain required HR compliance documentation.
• Manage employee records in line with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Update and maintain HRMS data accurately.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and support.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR communication.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR service delivery.
• Support day-to-day HR operations
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6 months of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
