JOB DESCRIPTION – HR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Position: HR Operations Executive
Location: Badarpur, Delhi
Gender: Female
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR Operations and Administration.
Maintain employee records, personal files, joining and exit documentation.
Manage attendance, leave and employee data.
Handle PF and ESIC-related work, documentation and coordination.
Prepare and maintain salary/attendance sheets and HR MIS.
Handle invoice preparation, verification and record maintenance.
Support recruitment, joining formalities and employee onboarding
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
Good knowledge of PF & ESIC.
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Experience in invoice preparation and documentation.
Knowledge of attendance, payroll and employee records.
Good communication and coordination skills.
