Job Description – HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources

Location: Neo Hospital, Sector 50, Noida

Reporting To: HR Manager

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day HR operations within the hospital, ensuring smooth workforce management and compliance with healthcare industry standards. The role involves employee life cycle management, attendance and shift coordination, recruitment support, and maintaining harmonious employee relations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HRMIS databases.

• Coordinate duty rosters, shift planning, and manpower allocation in coordination with departmental heads.

• Monitor attendance, leaves, and punctuality; update relevant reports and ensure policy compliance.

• Assist in payroll inputs by preparing attendance, overtime, and deduction summaries.

• Handle employee grievances professionally and work towards timely resolution.

• Maintain statutory compliance documentation (PF/ESIC/Gratuity/Mediclaim etc.) and support audits.

• Coordinate training & development programs and performance evaluation activities.

• Ensure proper issuance and record of HR letters (appointment/confirmation/experience/release/disciplinary).

• Support disciplinary procedures as per hospital rules whenever required.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to organizational policies and code of conduct.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance

• Ability to handle shift-based workforce and high-pressure situations

• Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems

• Problem-solving, patience, and professionalism in dealing with staff

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree in HR/Management or related field is mandatory

• Experience in hospital or healthcare HR is mandatory

• 2–5 years of relevant experience
