We are looking for an HR & Operations Manager to oversee the daily day today activities of the organization The role requires monitoring departmental activities, improving operational efficiency, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and supporting management .

Key Responsibilities

Day - to -day Office Operations

· Monitor and coordinate daily activities across all departments.

· Review departmental performance and ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

· Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion of activities.

· Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency

· Ensure inter-departmental coordination and effective communication.

· Conduct review meetings and follow up on action points.

Human Resources

· Oversee recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.

· Coordinate payroll inputs and employee documentation.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

· Manage employee engagement, performance reviews, and grievance handling.

· Handle employee exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.

· Training And Development.

Administration & Compliance

· Monitor office administration and facility management activities.

· Ensure proper maintenance of company records and documentation.

· Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers.

· Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Key required Skills
