We are looking for a HR Manager with 10 to 15 years to join our team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage complete HR & Personnel functions for the restaurant.

• Handle daily attendance, shift schedules, leave and overtime management.

• Manage Payroll, Salary Processing, ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus and other statutory benefits.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.

• Handle ESI & PF registration, monthly contributions, returns and employee-related matters.

• Manage Gratuity, Bonus and other statutory payments and records.

• Maintain proper employee records, personnel files and statutory registers.

• Coordinate with government departments and statutory authorities when required.

• Conduct regular statutory compliance.

• Handle labour-related issues, grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning and workforce requirements.

• Ensure compliance with rules, safety requirements and company policies.

• Prepare HR reports related to attendance, manpower, absenteeism, overtime and payroll.

• Implement HR policies and maintain a disciplined and productive work environment.

Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a factory/manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of Attendance, Payroll, ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus and Labour Laws.

• Experience in HR operations and statutory compliance.

• Good knowledge of handling labour/workmen and employee relations.

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently manage HR operations and statutory requirements.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
