Position: HR Operations Executive

Location: Baner, Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday – Half Day)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR documentation, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and documentation.

• Handle employee joining formalities, KYC, and personnel file management.

• Maintain employee attendance and leave records.

• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts/payroll team.

• Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/Excel.

• Handle employee exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, and relieving documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams for employee queries and HR-related support.

• Maintain HR reports, MIS, and documentation with accuracy.

• Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.

• Experience in payroll coordination and attendance management.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or Generalist role.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
