We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to join our team at KR Mangalam Admin Office to manage day-to-day HR Operations and ensure smooth functioning of HR processes.The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.
Maintain and update employee database, personal files, and HRMS.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Prepare HR letters - Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation, Experience Letter, etc.
Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and exit formalities (Full & Final).
Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ Years in HR Operations. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
