Role Overview:

We are hiring a motivated HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR processes. Ideal for freshers who have completed an HR internship and want to start their career in HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding, documentation & employee records

Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy

Support daily HR operations & coordination

Assist in recruitment activities (screening, scheduling)

Handle basic employee queries

Support admin & HR compliance tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management (preferred)

Completed HR internship (mandatory)

Good communication & MS Office skills

Attention to detail & willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
