Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Branch HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our Pune branch. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee documentation and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring for branch requirements.

• Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate selection.

• Manage employee joining, onboarding and exit formalities.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism and leave records.

• Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.

• Handle PF, ESIC and other statutory documentation.

• Resolve employee queries and support employee relations.

• Coordinate with branch operations and management.

• Ensure timely completion of HR reports and MIS.

• Manage employee discipline and grievance handling.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any stream; MBA HR preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin operations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment, attendance and payroll coordination.

• Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC and labour compliance.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
