HR Officer

The Placement Officer is responsible for driving student placements by managing campus and virtual drives, building strong employer relationships, and aligning training with industry needs. The role includes overseeing student preparation, tracking progress, and ensuring successful job outcomes.

The position also involves managing placement data, ensuring compliance, handling stakeholder escalations, and achieving placement and revenue targets. Regular coordination with academic teams and reporting to leadership through official communication channels is essential.
