We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team at Technokart Infosolution Private Limited to manage the full-cycle HR process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for Payroll Management, Administration, Training & Devlopment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads to fill vacancies.
Organize recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
2. Payroll Management:
Process payroll on time and accurately, ensuring all employee compensation is calculated according to company policies.
Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure the correct deductions, benefits, and bonuses are applied.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves for payroll processing.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
Submitted the accurate PF Challan report and forwarded the salary sheet to the Accounts Department for employee payments.
Manage the Compliances PF, PT, ESIC.
3. HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and performance reviews.
Prepare and process employee-related documents, such as promotion letters, Appointment letter, and resignation letters.
Ensure the smooth functioning of HR systems and processes, managing employee files and PagarGuru.
Stationery Requests: Allow employees to submit requests for specific stationery items through a formal process (e.g., an online form or a dedicated person responsible for handling requests).
Pantry Requests: Employees may want specific items in the pantry, like a favorite brand of tea or snacks. Create a process to collect such feedback and consider adding these items to the inventory when appropriate.
Inventory Requisition: Have a process where employees can request restocking or order additional items, especially if certain supplies are running low. Ensure this process is efficient and transparent.
4. General HR Support:
Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
Support the performance management system, including scheduling reviews, monitoring KRA, and helping implement performance improvement plans.
Organize employee training and development programs to enhance skills, particularly in the areas of product knowledge and technical expertise (e.g., UPS, batteries, inverters).
Assist in employee welfare programs, handling employee queries related to benefits, attendance, and grievances.
Coordinate employee leave management (sick leave, vacation, etc.) and ensure accurate tracking.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
