Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, team handling experience, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the recruitment team effectively

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Assign targets and monitor team performance

• Source and screen candidates through various channels

• Coordinate interviews and follow-up processes

• Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers

• Ensure timely closures and quality hiring

• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of recruitment experience

• Mandatory experience as a Team Lead / Team Handling

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience in handling recruitment targets

• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
