Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development across all business verticals including IT services, hospitality, corporate sales, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process

• Hire employees across IT, sales, marketing, operations, and support roles

• Develop hiring strategies aligned with business growth

HR Operations and Administration

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Manage employee attendance, payroll coordination, and policies

• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and labor laws

Employee Engagement and Performance Management

• Manage employee performance review processes

• Support employee development and retention initiatives

• Maintain positive organizational culture

Organizational Development

• Develop HR policies and systems

• Support workforce planning and organizational growth

• Implement employee training and development programs

Key Result Areas (KRA)

• Efficient recruitment and hiring across all departments

• High employee retention and engagement

• Effective HR operations and compliance

• Strong organizational structure and workforce planning

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Time to hire: Within 30 days

• Employee retention rate: Above 90%

• Recruitment success rate

• Employee satisfaction score

• HR compliance accuracy: 100%

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• MBA HR preferred

• 4–8 years of HR experience

• Experience in multi-functional or service-based organization preferred
