1. Position: HR Manager
2. Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation across all business verticals of the company.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Execute field hiring, portal hiring, and university/institute campus hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and social media
- Plan manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of vacancies
- Hiring Process Management:
- Conduct screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and final selection
- Organize and attend job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events
- Must have complete knowledge of attending job melas and mass hiring drives
- Onboarding & Documentation: Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and employee records
- HR Operations: Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR policy execution
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, performance management, training & engagement activities
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws, PF, ESI, and HR audits

5. Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in HR/Recruitment
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience
- Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in field hiring and bulk hiring
- Proficient with job portals: Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
- Experience in university/institute tie-ups and campus placements
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Knowledge of MS Office and HRMS software
- Strong negotiation and people management skills

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
7. Salary Package
- In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month
- Final CTC based on experience and interview performance
- Performance-linked incentives applicable
8. Reporting To: Director / Senior Management
