We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting business needs, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals
Manage recruitment and selection processes (hiring, onboarding, interviews)
Oversee employee performance management and appraisal systems
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
Design and manage compensation and benefits programs
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
Monitor HR metrics (turnover, retention, satisfaction)
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
