Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires a proactive leader who can align HR practices with business goals and build a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Proven experience in real estate hiring, including recruitment of sales executives, telecallers, site coordinators, and marketing professionals.
Ability to coordinate with sales, marketing, and site teams for manpower planning
Familiarity with real estate job portals and consultant management
Promote a healthy, professional, and productive work environment

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and documentation

Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR (minimum 1 year in Real Estate required)
