The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

• Plan manpower requirements and manage end-to-end recruitment

• Coordinate interviews, selection, and hiring decisions

Employee Onboarding & Exit Management

• Manage joining formalities, induction, confirmation, and exit processes

• Ensure smooth employee transition and proper documentation

HR Policies & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory norms, and company guidelines

Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management

• Coordinate payroll processing with accurate attendance and leave data

• Monitor records to ensure timely and error-free salary processing

Performance Management

• Manage appraisal processes, goal setting, and performance reviews

• Support employee growth and development initiatives

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

• Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters

• Maintain a positive and healthy work environment

Training & Employee Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs

• Support skill development and leadership growth

HR Reporting & MIS

• Maintain HR records, reports, and dashboards

• Share HR insights with management for decision-making
