Responsibilities

- Recruit top talent consistently and maintain a strong pipeline

- Own end-to-end onboarding for a smooth employee experience

- Train, counsel, and coach staff

- Resolve conflicts via positive, professional mediation

- Handle HR admin, policy development, and awareness

- Conduct performance & wage reviews

- Deliver engaging presentations and stakeholder updates

- Uphold employee and workplace privacy standards
