The Business HR role is a strategic and operational position responsible for managing HR Generalist functions, Manpower Staffing Solutions (temporary & permanent), revenue generation, client management, accounts coordination, and office administration. The role demands strong ownership, process orientation, and accountability across people, business, and operations.

Own and manage the Manpower Staffing Solutions vertical (temporary & permanent staffing) with a profit-oriented revenue model.

Act as the primary point of contact for staffing and HR clients.
