Job Purpose:

As an HR Executive at OM SAI SERVICES, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day human resources operations. This includes recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. You will help create a productive and employee-friendly work environment, ensuring HR practices align with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Hiring:
  Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters. Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.

• Onboarding & Induction:
  Manage joining formalities, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure smooth integration of new employees.

• Attendance & Leave Management:
  Maintain daily attendance records, manage leave applications, and coordinate with payroll for accurate salary processing.

• Employee Records & Compliance:
  Ensure all employee files are up-to-date with proper documentation. Maintain HRMS or Excel-based data for compliance and audits.

• Employee Engagement:
  Plan and execute employee welfare activities, birthday celebrations, feedback sessions, etc., to maintain a positive workplace culture.

• Performance & Appraisals Support:
  Assist in the performance review process by collecting feedback, maintaining records, and following up on appraisal timelines.

• Exit Formalities:
  Conduct exit interviews, handle full-and-final settlements, and ensure smooth offboarding of employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
  Graduate (BBA/B.Com/BA) – MBA/PG in HR preferred.

• Experience:
  Minimum 1 year in HR operations. Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.

• Technical Skills:
  Proficient in MS Excel, Email drafting, Google Sheets, and basic knowledge of HR software (HRMS, biometric systems, etc.)

• Soft Skills:
  Good communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Work Environment:

• Location: Patna office

• General working hours (may need to stretch during audits, events, or recruitment drives)

• Should be open to field visits (for recruitment drives, document collection, etc.) if required
