Position: HR Manager (Generalist)
Experience: 4+ years
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Manage HR policies, documentation, and compliance processes.
Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related concerns.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Coordinate with different departments for HR requirements.
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and company policies.
Skills Required:
