We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to manage our company’s recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. The role involves developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date employee records in Spreadsheets.

• Coordinate joining formalities for new employees.

• Maintain daily attendance, leaves, absenteeism. leave records and manage approvals.

• Manage appointment letters, offer letters, and contracts.

• Handle documentation for promotions, transfers, and exits.

• • Oversee end-to-end hiring, including interviews, selection and onboarding.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
