JOB DESCRIPTION – HR MANAGER / HR EXECUTIVE
Position: HR – Manufacturing Unit
Experience: 5–7 Years
Gender: Male
Location: ggn sector 37
Industry: Manufacturing Unit
Interview: Friday – Face-to-Face Round
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and hiring of suitable candidates
Employee onboarding and documentation
Managing attendance, leave and employee records
Payroll coordination and employee benefits
Performance management and employee evaluation
Handling employee grievances and workplace issues
Maintaining company HR policies and procedures
Training and development of employees
Ensuring compliance with company rules and labour requirements
Maintaining a positive and disciplined work environment
Candidate Requirements
5–7 years of relevant HR experience
Male candidate only
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee management
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred
Ability to independently handle day-to-day HR activities
