Job Description: Administration Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administration Executive to oversee day-to-day front office and facility operations at our Sector 15 center. The role acts as the primary bridge between parents, center staff, and school management to ensure smooth administrative workflows and a welcoming, safe environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Parent Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception, handling parent inquiries, walk-ins, phone calls, and admissions support with professionalism.
Daily School Administration: Maintain student attendance records, fee payment logs, documentation, vendor invoices, and petty cash reports.
Facility & Vendor Management: Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, campus security (CCTV monitoring, security staff), and maintenance of classrooms and play areas. Coordinate with external vendors for supplies, repairs, and infrastructure upkeep.
Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish office stationery, teaching materials, pantry supplies, and first-aid kits on a regular basis.
Support Staff Supervision: Coordinate daily routines and tasks for housekeeping, security guards, and daycare support staff to ensure child safety and operational discipline.
Event Coordination: Assist center leadership in planning and executing school events, parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), seasonal workshops, and annual functions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in office administration, front desk coordination, or center operations (prior experience in preschools, K-12 schools, or hospitality is preferred).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and email correspondence.
Soft Skills: Warm interpersonal demeanor, strong organizational capability, conflict resolution, and the ability to multitask in a vibrant school environment.
