HR Manager

We are on the lookout for a proactive HR MANAGER to take ownership of our full-cycle recruitment. You’ll be the bridge between our company and future talent, handling everything from the first "hello" to the final background check. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Create, update, and manage comprehensive job descriptions for various roles.

• Sourcing: Proactively engage potential candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks.

• Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate skill-based testing.

• Branding: Advertise open positions on major job portals and maintain a strong employer presence on social media.

• Collaboration: Shortlist high-potential candidates and partner with department managers to forecast and identify future hiring needs.

• Compliance: Conduct thorough background checks and ensure all recruitment data is accurately updated.
  
  Job Requirements

  • Education: GRADUATION (ANY FIELD)

  • Experience: 1 YEAR of proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with resume databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and advanced sourcing techniques.

  • Soft Skills: Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability: Must be comfortable working Monday to Saturday.
