About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build practical experience in Human Resources, recruitment, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and hiring activities.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.

• Maintain candidate and recruitment records.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.

• Support day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks.

• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams as required.

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in HR.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
