About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain practical exposure to Recruitment, Employee Coordination, HR Documentation, Attendance Management, and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
• Collect and maintain employee documents and HR records.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Support the HR team in preparing HR letters, documents, and reports.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
• Assist in maintaining employee files and HR documentation.
• Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities.
• Perform other day-to-day HR tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
